“Just do it yourself” was the motto of the two company founders Markus Müller, and Jens Freerks … and do it well! Active in the industry for decades, they ventured into self-employment at the beginning of 2018 and founded SMF Solutions in a disused pigsty in Rhede an der Ems. SMF is—easy to guess—made up of the three initial letters of the company founders’ names…
In the beginning, the founding three assembled the media systems themselves. Today, SMF Solutions produces over 15,000 systems annually and maintains four production halls in Aschendorf, Emsland, a design and development office in Siegen, and an administrative office in Bonn.
The close, partnership-based cooperation with specialist retailers and suppliers and the high potential for innovation and creative solutions have facilitated rapid development, so SMF Solutions is now one of the market leaders in Germany. Customer satisfaction and their needs always remain our top priority.

The area of responsibility includes all classic tasks of the internal sales department, from acquiring new customers by telephone to providing comprehensive support for our existing customers, including data maintenance, calculation and quotation preparation, and project support.
